"Brilliant all round, I’ve signed my children at this gym to train BJJ, they offer so much more and different types of training and fighting. The coaches/instructors are outstanding. The best decision made as a parent was to get my children involved."
Families on the waiting list get priority access before September Intro Session places are released publicly, so you will be the first to hear when booking opens again.
It also gives you time to learn more about the BJJ programme, ask any questions, and decide whether it feels like the right fit for your child before the new school term begins.
Whether your child is shy, full of energy, or simply ready for a positive new activity, our programme is built to help them grow both on and off the mats.

Many parents are not just looking for something to fill time after school. They want an activity that helps their child become more confident, more focused and more resilient.
For some children, that means building self-belief. For others, it means learning discipline, improving focus, or finding a positive outlet for their energy.

Now, as the permanent Head Coach at Elements BJJ, Nic is dedicated to creating a structured, fun and empowering training environment for all young students.

"Both my 2 kids (4 & 8) and I train at Elements Haywards Heath. The coaches and training are unbelievable, along with an awesome environment, which leads to a great experience every session. I cannot recommend this club highly enough!"

At Elements, we believe martial arts should help children grow in confidence, character and resilience, not just learn techniques.
Our Kids BJJ programme is designed to give children a safe, supportive and structured environment where they can challenge themselves, build discipline and feel part of something positive.
Whether your child needs a confidence boost, more focus, better resilience or simply a positive new activity, we are here to help them take that first step.
